RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
The integrated CRM module within The Enterprise ensures that every email, meeting, phone call and activity is appropriately recorded and tracked. Internal and external stakeholders (staff members, customers, vendors, etc.) can be tagged on any CRM activity and required resources (projectors, conference rooms, white boards, etc.) can similarly be detailed.
Each and every CRM activity record can have its own set of reminders and follow-up activities with appropriate deadlines, milestones and deliverables appropriately designated.
Follow-ups and reminders are presented to the appropriate personnel via the calendar on their user control panel. Sales personnel also receive special alerts from their sales pipeline when it's time to circle back with a client or customer.
When it's time to reserve a conference room, truck or other shared resource, the CRM activity tracker is the perfect tool for the job. Reservations can be defined by date, starting time, ending time, activity manager and they can be connected to a job, project or task.
WORKFLOW AUTOMATION
Workflows consist of a series of actions to be executed by humans and technology alike. Actions like "review and approve" or "create new library folder" can be automated and scheduled in the correct sequence via a workflow.
Workflows can also include decision branches so that the correct subsequent action is automatically triggered by certain decision points, including Approve/Reject or Go/No-Go.
Workflows may be based on a specific operating procedure or they may be triggered by the entry of a specific document in The Library.
SYSTEM INTEGRATION
Sales and Order Entry workflows can be initiated by a new sale or the approval/acceptance of a sales quote. Once initiated, a sales workflow can drive the entire process of fulfillment, delivery and post-sale follow-up.
Projects, by their very nature, represent a series of coordinated workflows and action items triggered and executed in a prescribed sequence in order to deliver a specific deliverable or achieve a defined milestone.
Once a project is defined, or even during the project approval process, workflow automation will work in sync with the Project Management module to ensure that each stakeholder and actor understands their role and responsibilities.
